More about Jeannie

Jeannie (she/her) is excited to join The Dance Floor team! She has always appreciated dance as a means of connecting to cultural roots, building community and uplifting her spirit. She has fond memories of dancing from childhood throughout college and beyond. Jeannie is a firm believer in the liberation that comes from moving the body in joyful and powerful ways. This belief compliments her work as a somatic psychotherapist rooted in social justice values. 

When Jeannie’s not working she can be found powerlifting, meditating, cooking, dabbling in DIY home projects and connecting with loved ones with good food, drinks and laughter. She’s looking forward to greeting you on The Dance Floor!
